The following terms and conditions apply:
Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Belgien, Bulgarien, Dänemark, Estland, Finnland, Frankreich, Griechenland, Großbritannien, Irland, Island, Italien, Kroatien, Lettland, Liechtenstein, Litauen, Luxemburg ,Malta, Monaco, Niederlande, Norwegen, Österreich, Polen, Portugal, Rumänien, San Marino, Schweden, Schweiz, Serbien, Slowakei, Slowenien, Spanien, Tschechische Republik, Ungarn, Vatikanstadt, Weißrussland, Zypern.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the shipping weight:
bis 2 kg - 6,19 €
bis 5 kg - 7,69 €
bis 10 kg - 10,49 €
bis 20kg - 18,99
bis 31,5 kg - 23,99 €
From an order value of 150,00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
125,00 €
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Deliveries to foreign countries:
We charge shipping costs for deliveries to foreign countries on the basis of the shipping weight:
bis 2,0 kg - 14,49 €
bis 5,0 kg - 16,49 €
bis 10,0 Kg - 21,49 €
bis 20,0 Kg - 27,30 €
ab 20,001 Kg bis 30,0 Kg werden die Versandkosten in Abhängigkeit vom Gewicht und nach Postleitzahlengebiet im jeweiligen Zielland berechnet. Benutzen Sie hierzu bitte unseren Versandkostenrechner. Dieser steht Ihnen zur Verfügung, wenn Sie den gewünschten Artikel in den Warenkorb legen.
From an order value of 250,00 €, we deliver shipments to foreign countries free of cost.
Delivery periods
Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1 - 3 working days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 7 working days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
In case of self-collection, we will inform you by email once the product is ready, along with the collection options. In this case, dispatch costs will not be charged.

As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 2 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
Payment by invoice is only for authorities and public institutions.
The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 14 days.
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the date of direct debit collection. Please note that you are obliged to ensure sufficient funds in the account on the announced date.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
